Voice Logger is a combination of EPABX, Recording Device and Software which records the agent and client side voice into MP3 format. It can record 1 line to unlimited line. Its record a voice through our device which convert Phone Line into multimedia line. One admin software is installed on the the server and one small software install on all the agents PC which record a voice through multimedia port and transfer a record file to the Server through LAN.
