Integrated Voice Response (IVR) for Analog/E1 Line

SanIVR is an IVR Software for Call Centersto handle analog or E1 ISDN line. SanIVR software is designed to handle all the process according to the process working hour, language wise and transfer a call to respective ACD. System play invalid working message if call arrives outside the working hours. This system can handle multiple process simultaneously and all the process, working house, holiday etc. configured by administrator. This system works on DNI based routing. Administrator can configure a DNI to particular process. An administrator can configure the SanIVR for recording a message if agents are not available. This system can be configured to transfer a call to Blind Transfer or Agents availability transfer. Agents Availability Transfer can be configured for two ways. 1st is transfer a call to an ACD if any agent is free in AMS. 2nd one is transfer a call according to Agent Software Login. In 2nd call transfer option Agent will be prompt popup for Accept or Dismiss a call. Language Option - This system can be configured for unlimited language transfer option. Holidays Option – This system can be configured holiday process/language wise. Recording Files – All the recordings will be stored in SanIVRFCS\Recording folder.
